Monarch Midwives is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to uplifting and sustaining midwives and birth workers who serve our most impacted communities. We expand access to culturally grounded midwifery care through mentorship for midwives of color, Spanish-language doula trainings, and provider education in trauma-informed PAPs and pelvic care, while increasing community access to safe, respectful, and culturally attuned reproductive healthcare. We proudly serve as the fiscal sponsor for Casa de Parto Luna Tierra, a community birth center in El Paso, and are working to build a community birth center in Logan Heights, a historically Chicano and Indigenous neighborhood to ensure midwifery-led care remains accessible, culturally responsive, and community-owned.
